0. 欧盟消费者权利（重要）

如果您是欧盟消费者，根据欧盟消费者权利指令 (2011/83/EU)，您享有 14 天无理由退货权。

Because Quick flomo provides non-tangible digital goods and instant access to Pro features once a subscription is activated, we generally do not issue refunds once a subscription is activated. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any subscription at our site.

0. EU Consumer Rights (Important)

If you are an EU consumer, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right expires if you explicitly agree to start using the service before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you waive this right.

Pre-Purchase Confirmation:

Before completing your subscription purchase, you will see the following confirmation and must explicitly agree:

If you do not agree to waive your withdrawal right, please do not complete the purchase.

1. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. We may, at our sole discretion, honor requests for a refund in the following cases:

• Technical Issues: If you experience permanent technical problems with the service that we are unable to resolve within 14 days of your report.
• Billing Errors: If you were accidentally double-billed due to a system error.

2. Refund Request Window

Any request for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time through your account settings or via the link provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

• Cancellation stops future billing.
• You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Cancellations do not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period.
