独立品牌声明：flomo 是 flomo Inc. 的独立产品与注册商标。Quick flomo 与 flomo Inc. 不存在任何附属、官方代言、联合运营或投资关联关系。用户向 flomo 归档内容的集成功能完全为选填配置，未配置该功能不影响使用 Quick flomo 的其他功能。
为使用数据云端同步或付费增值服务，您需要通过有效电子邮箱（采用安全的一次性验证码 OTP）登录账户：
Quick flomo 提供网页内容摘要、文献引用辅助、文本翻译、词汇管理及第三方笔记同步等智能阅读辅助工具。
配额与业务规则声明：各项服务的具体功能清单、免费与付费层级、使用配额、存储限制以及计费标准，均以客户端界面或官方购买页面实时公示的说明为准。我们保留根据产品技术迭代、供应链成本与业务运营需要，适时调整服务功能、使用配额及计费策略的权利。
为满足不同使用需求，Quick flomo 提供周期性连续订阅、固定期限通行证及加量计算资源包等增值选项，通过我们认可的合规第三方支付渠道安全结算。
Quick flomo 提供的增值服务属于即时履行的在线数字内容与计算服务。用户在完成支付或兑换后，系统即时在云端为该账号激活相应权益。基于数字虚拟商品的即时消费与交付属性，增值服务一旦激活开通，原则上不予退款。
如果您是欧盟（EU）居民，根据《欧盟消费者权利指令》(2011/83/EU)，您通常享有自购买之日起 14 天的无理由撤回权。当您在购买界面确认并请求立即开通数字服务时，即视为您明确同意服务立即开始履行，并知悉且同意放弃该 14 天无理由撤回权。
我们仅在以下特殊异常情形下受理人工退款核实申请：
符合上述异常情形的用户，可在购买之日起 14 天内向 support@shadow.wang 提交订单号、支付邮箱及问题凭证申请核验。
我们尽合理商业努力保障服务的稳定性，但不保证服务绝对无中断、无错误或无延迟。本服务的部分功能依赖第三方基础网络基础设施及第三方 AI 大语言模型接口。对于因第三方服务故障、网络波动或第三方平台维护导致的服务不可用，我们将尽力协同恢复，但不承担违约或间接赔偿责任。
本服务按“现状”（AS IS）和“现有”（AS AVAILABLE）基础提供：
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Quick flomo 及 Shadow Lab 对任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性的损失（包括但不限于利润损失、商业中断、商誉损失或数据丢失）概不承担赔偿责任。我们在任何情况下的累计总赔偿上限，均不超过您在争议发生前 12 个月内为使用本服务实际支付给我们的总费用。
若用户存在严重违反本条款、恶意攻击、商业倒卖账户或利用自动化手段破坏服务正常运行之行为，我们有权在合理通知或必要时直接暂停或注销该账户。因用户恶意违规被终止的，已支付费用概不退还。

By installing, accessing, or using our Chrome extension and related online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.
Independent Brand Disclaimer: flomo is an independent product and registered trademark of flomo Inc. Quick flomo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in association with flomo Inc. Syncing notes to flomo is an optional integration; omitting this configuration does not restrict your access to other core features of Quick flomo.
To synchronize data across devices or access paid features, you log in using a valid email address via a secure One-Time Password (OTP):
Quick flomo provides reading assistance, content summarization, citation generation, translation, vocabulary management, and optional note syncing.
Quota & Rule Disclaimer: Specific features, tiers, monthly quotas, storage capacities, and pricing are set forth on the client interface or checkout pages. We reserve the right to modify service features, usage quotas, and pricing structures over time to accommodate product development, infrastructure costs, and operational needs.
Quick flomo offers optional paid services, including recurring subscriptions, fixed-term access passes, and compute resource packs, processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
Quick flomo services constitute immediately delivered digital content and online computational resources. Upon payment or code redemption, benefits are activated instantly. Given the intangible and immediate nature of digital services, purchases are non-refundable once activated.
If you reside in the European Union (EU), under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and requesting immediate activation of your digital subscription, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
We review refund requests only under extraordinary circumstances:
Eligible requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@shadow.wang with order identifiers and supporting evidence.
We endeavor to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or zero-latency operation. Certain features rely on third-party cloud infrastructure and third-party AI model providers. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by upstream outages, network anomalies, or external platform maintenance.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quick flomo and Shadow Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data). In all circumstances, our cumulative total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in severe terms violations, malicious tampering, unauthorized resale, or automated exploitation. Terminations resulting from intentional user misconduct are non-refundable.
