Quick flomo 是一款 Chrome 扩展程序，允许用户：

3. 用户账户

4. 用户责任
您对使用本服务输入、上传或生成的内容（"用户内容"）负责。您同意不会：

6. Pro 订阅
如果您购买 Pro 订阅（例如月度或年度计划）：
- 费用提前计费且不可退款，除非法律要求
- 我们保留在通知后更改订阅定价的权利
- 您可以随时取消订阅；但是，Pro 功能的访问权限将继续到当前计费周期结束
- 取消订阅不会获得剩余期间的按比例退款

8. 服务可用性
我们努力保持服务的可用性，但不保证服务将不间断、及时或无错误。我们可能会：

- 临时暂停服务以进行更新或紧急修复
- 在重大变更前提供合理通知
9. 终止
我们保留在以下情况下暂停或终止您访问服务的权利：

11. 责任限制
在任何情况下，Quick flomo 对以下情况不承担责任：
- 任何间接、偶然、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害
- 利润、数据、使用、商誉或其他无形损失的损失
- 因您使用或无法使用服务而产生的任何损害
最大责任：我们的总责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内支付给我们的金额（如有）。
例外情况：上述责任限制不适用于：
- 因我们的故意不当行为或重大过失造成的损害
- 人身伤害或死亡

12. 赔偿
您同意赔偿、辩护并保护 Quick flomo 及其员工、承包商、代理人和供应商免受因以下原因引起的任何索赔、损失、损害、责任和费用：

对于因不可抗力事件导致的服务中断或延迟，我们不承担责任。不可抗力事件包括但不限于：

- 疫情、流行病

1. Introduction
Welcome to Quick flomo ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Chrome extension and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Quick flomo is a Chrome extension that allows users to:
- Quickly send web content, notes, and thoughts to flomo
- Use AI features for content summarization and tag generation
- Operate quickly via shortcuts and selection popover
- Manage and organize your flomo notes
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service (such as saving data or Pro features), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
Age Requirement
By using the Service, you confirm that you have reached the legal age. If you purchase a subscription for someone else, you confirm that the user has reached the legal age.
Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you input, upload, or generate using our Service ("User Content"). You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) to abuse the Service
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
- Our Rights: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics (excluding User Content).
- Your Rights: You retain ownership of any User Content you upload or generate. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Third-Party Services
- flomo is a service of flomo Inc. We are not affiliated with flomo
- AI services are independent third-party services subject to their own terms
6. Pro Subscriptions
If you purchase a Pro Subscription (e.g., Monthly or Yearly plans):
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- Cancellations do not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period
Subscription Features
- Pro subscriptions provide additional features
- Feature list may be updated at any time without notice
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice
7. Usage Limits
AI Feature Limits
- Free users: AI feature usage is limited
- Pro users: Enjoy higher usage quotas or unlimited use (depending on subscription plan)
- We reserve the right to limit AI feature usage in cases of abuse or unusual usage
API Usage
- You need to provide your own flomo API URL
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of these third-party services
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free Service. We may:
- Perform routine maintenance without advance notice
- Temporarily suspend Service for updates or emergency fixes
- Provide reasonable notice before significant changes
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Fraud or abuse of the Service
- Long-term account inactivity (over 2 years)
We will provide advance notice whenever possible (except in emergencies) and offer an opportunity to appeal.
Post-Termination Rights
- Your data may be deleted after termination
- We are not liable for any termination, except for damages caused by our willful misconduct
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
AI Feature Disclaimer
- AI-generated summaries and tags may be inaccurate
- You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content
- We are not liable for any errors or omissions resulting from AI features
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quick flomo be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
Exceptions: The above limitation does not apply to:
- Damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence
- Personal injury or death
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Situations where liability limitation is not permitted by applicable law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Quick flomo and its employees, contractors, agents, and suppliers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third party's rights
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- Changes will be effective 30 days after posting
15. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Dispute Resolution:
- First, parties should attempt to resolve disputes amicably
- If not resolved within 30 days:
- Users in China: Disputes shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission
- Users in other regions: You may choose arbitration or file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction in your location
Note: The right of EU consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence is not affected.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any interruption or delay in the Service due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.)
- War, terrorism, riots
- Government actions, changes in laws and regulations
- Cyber attacks, hacking
- Epidemics, pandemics
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
During the continuation of a force majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service.
17. General Terms
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
- Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent
