Ward is the founder of Shadow Lab and an independent AI Builder practicing Build in Public. Also known as Gollumgulu, he brings 9 years of complex system digitization experience (7 years in apparel supply chain & cross-border export infrastructure, and 2 years in enterprise/government digitization), deeply understanding real-world operational workflows.

Leveraging AI agents and modern engineering workflows (VibeCoding), Ward extends personal leverage across the entire product lifecycle: from domain insight and system architecture to UX design, end-to-end coding, and automated deployments. The lab currently maintains 8 live tools and automated pipelines.

Shadow Lab is open for collaboration, consulting, and workflow sharing. Tools are not built in isolation; the lab focuses on authentic connection with real users and peers. Whether you want to exchange notes on AI workflows, explore product ideas, or discuss bespoke enterprise AI consulting and collaboration, channels are always open.

The engineering stack is built on Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Prisma. The lab adheres to deterministic delivery and high engineering standards, powered by frontier LLMs including Claude, DeepSeek, and OpenAI. All projects enforce a single source of truth and comprehensive automated test gates to ensure enterprise-grade stability and smooth evolution under solo operations.
