Welcome to Shadow Lab (shadow.wang). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ward (Founder of Shadow Lab) regarding your access to and use of this website and Shadow software products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing shadow.wang, creating an account, downloading extensions, or utilizing any services provided by Shadow Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please cease using our services immediately.
2. Services and License Grant
Shadow Lab develops AI-enhanced productivity tools and independent micro-software (including Quick flomo, Shadow Card, Shadow Mate, Shadow Size, Shadow Snap, and more).
• License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software.
• Free & Paid Tiers: Select products provide free tiers, while advanced capabilities or volume quotas require subscription or usage-based pricing as detailed on respective product pages.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
When using Shadow Lab services, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and standards. You shall not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary, non-open-source tools;
• Launch attacks, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the stability and performance of our infrastructure;
• Generate, transmit, or disseminate harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful material;
• Resell, sub-license, or redistribute paid account privileges or API credentials without explicit authorization.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
• Platform IP: All branding, logos, website layout, original articles, and source code are the intellectual property of Ward and Shadow Lab.
• User Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any content, prompts, data, and outputs generated while utilizing our software. We claim no ownership over your proprietary works.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
• "As Is": Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network outages, or user error.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the location of Shadow Lab's operator.
